Ordering Instructions

1. Using the form to the left, upload the audio or video that you would like transcribed.

2. Once the file has been uploaded successfully, you will be asked to make payment. We currently accept payment via Paypal. If you would like to pay via other means, please contact us.

3. Once your transcript has been completed, you will be emailed account information in order to access your completed transcripts. If you want to embed the transcript onto your website, email info@protranscript.com for instructions.


Pricing

All orders made through this order form are priced at $1.00/minute. If the quality of your audio is poor, has more then 3 speakers, or if you require a guaranteed turnaround time faster then 5 business days, please contact us for our alternative rates.
